When, where and what did you play the first time with the English Concert?
It was a project directed by Andrew Manze a very long time ago. He conducted the first half, and played the violin in Brandenburg 4 for the second.
What has been your most memorable TEC concert and why?
Bach B minor mass at the BBC Proms directed by Harry Bicket. A very magical experience.
What’s one of your favourite pieces of music and why?
Impossible question. Sorry.
Do you have a secret interest or hobby that would surprise people?
Fell running.
